There are resistant strains of this disease which present serious challenges but most gonorrhea is curable with antibiotics.

No, but all discharge from the penis is suspicious and not considered normal. If you develope a discharge, get tested right away and if contageous inform your partners.

"Is gonorrhea dangerous?"
In men, gonorrhea can lead to scarring of the urethra, infection in the prostate and inflammation of the testicles.

"Can I have normal children if I get gonorrhea?"
Yes, once it is treated and cured.
